About 10% of this content will be personal musings, and the rest is a grab bag with features sometimes pertaining to the most interesting and coolest city on earth, Los Angeles, as well as what's going on in the world. THE TOLUCAN TIMES is a freebie neighborhood newspaper that specializes in local tattle and events in Toluca Lake. This small hamlet melds into Burbank and is the home of Bob Hope and many other Hollywood celebs. It also is the home to an exclusive golf course and one of the original Bob's Big Boy restaurants from the 1940s.. Weekly column by Mr. Blackwell (who is also a resident) is always a catty treat.
