THE BEST VITAMIN

I rarely take pills, unless I'm sick or not feeling well, which is rare. A regular aspirin or herbal supplement usually sets me right on those occasions and I never take over the counter meds. One thing I have taken all my life is a multi-vitamin. When a youngster, I took Upjohn's Children's chewables. The company, now defunct (they had a pharmacy on Main Street at Disneyland in the early 60s that gave you free samples of their products) was quite large and well known. As I grew older, the generic 1 A Day multi became my vitamin of choice. When I reached adulthood, I made a switch to Solgar's multi, a great vitamin, but costly per bottle.
I eventually switched again to Trader Joe's Men's Formula, which was far more less expensive than Solgar and more readily available to me.
Earlier this year, I came across a new vitamin: ALIVE! by Nature's Way. I have used their products for years with wonderful results and knew the reputation of their products to be beyond reproach. I purchased a bottle of 180 tablets for 22.00 at this incredible online store that offers a plethora of supplements for half off or more (Whole foods sells them for 55.00!). The directions say to take three pills once a day, but I find that two is just right for me. What makes this vitamin different? It's the only one on the market that is COMPLETE. Not only does it have the usual suspect ingredients a normal vitamin has, it also has a ton of fruit and vegetables packed in it. It also contains complete enzymes , complete amino acids, herbs, beneficial bacteria, and several kinds of mushrooms which promote heath. It's amazing, when you read the list of ingredients, what one of these pills pack. Since I have been taking them regularly, I feel really great, with lots of energy (most times) and know I'm doing something good for me. They are available with or without iron.
Be sure to check out this fantastic multi-vitamin and THE place to purchase them on the cheap.
